JLPT Exceptional U-Verbs List

Hi there,


Here is a list of exceptional u-verbs (=Group-1 verb/Godan verb) that end with the “-iru” or “-eru” sound like ru-verbs (=Group-2 verb/Ichidan verb), but actually conjugate as u-verbs.


For the JLPT, you need to memorize 29 of these verbs. I organized them by JLPT level for easier study!
